AgentAI functions explicitly as a technical processor of records. The active subscriber remains the legal sender of record for all outbound interactions. You warrant that all databases, pipeline logs, and lists loaded into the production directory possess clear, compliant outreach permission conforming to the Spam Act 2003 and the Privacy Act 1988. Subscribers assume full monitoring duties against the Australian Do Not Call Register.
System data feeds and spatial calculations are generated on an "as-is" structural delivery matrix. AgentAI provides no contractual warranty or performance guarantee regarding listing conversion volume or won market market appraisals. To the fullest extent supported under commercial consumer structures within Australia, AgentAI disclaims liability for processing interruptions, downstream operational losses, or regulatory penalties caused by irregular database loading behaviors or improper configuration management.
