B. CRM System Feeds: Customer and homeowner contact listings imported by you via direct dashboard execution, CSV logs, or industry data streams (such as Rex or VaultRE frameworks).
To preserve complete data sovereignty, our database configurations and application production files are deployed inside cloud clusters physically hosted in Sydney, Australia.
Specific internal processing functions safely pass minimal operational data fragments through secure API loops to isolated system sub-processors (including Google Gemini for specialized text evaluation and parsing routines). Information passed to AI compute matrices is executed on isolated engines and is explicitly barred from inclusion in public foundational model fine-tuning.
Outbound pipelines built within the framework run with mandatory, immediate opt-out features to satisfy the conditions of the Spam Act 2003. Contacts registering an unsubscribe signal are immediately isolated by the platform logic engine from future system-directed marketing automation tracks.
